I love the colors of this top, but I often find myself passing it over because the billowy fabric makes me feel frumpy. I belted the top for this outfit even though it made the sleeves a little less fabulous and I really like the result. The tight skirt balances the floaty top and the belt pulls the outfit together nicely.
